Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, all tumbler sales are final! That being said, if there is an issue, let us know so we can help remedy the situation the best way we can.

Cancellations or changes must be made within 12 hours of placing tumbler order.

We are not responsible for scratched, dropped, or mishandling of your tumbler.

We are nor responsible for names spelled wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please check and then double check your spelling before placing your order.

Current turn around time is 3 weeks. Please allow 3 weeks until ship date.

All decals will be sealed, ensuring they never come off of your cup.
